At Bethabara Pointe, water & sewage, and trash removal are included in the rental price of your apartment home. Residents will also have access to our clubhouse, community laundry facilities, and playground, making Bethabara Pointe the perfect place to call home.
At Bethabara Pointe, the security deposit is due when you submit your application and is refundable upon move-out.
At Bethabara Pointe, the application fee is $35 per applicant and is non-refundable.
At Bethabara Pointe, residents are responsible for electric, internet, and phone/cable.
Bethabara Pointe is a pet-friendly community with no weight restrictions. If you're interested in welcoming a new pet into your home, there is a $250 non-refundable pet fee due at move-in or when the pet is added to your home. Colonial Square is located within the Winston-Salem/Forsyth County School District. Nearby schools include: Old Town Elementary, Northwest Middle School, and North Foryth High School.

Residents of Bethabara Pointe can pay their monthly rental charges online through Rent Cafe (e-check, debit/credit card), Personal Check, Cashiers Check, Bill Pay, or Money Order.
At Bethabara Pointe, all parking spots are open to residents and their guests.
Residents of Bethabara Pointe can report maintenance issues easily by using the online Resident Services Portal , calling the office, or emailing the office. For after-hours emergency maintenance, please call 743-444-1641 .
